Joseph has not only inherited some of the most valuable parcels of land on earth from his father, he also tends to these valuable vineyards as if they were from his own secret garden. Comes from one of the coldest, rockiest sites in St. Aubin from vines over 70 years in age. This site is harvested about a month later than the other sites.
